The meaning of “sale” under applicable law is very broad. ENGIE North America is not engaged in any “sale practices” as it is commonly understood. We do not sell or share personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

However, we do engage in certain activities related to the use of website cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and advertising purposes that might deemed or in the future into the definition of the CCPA. We kindly ask you to enter your name and email address, and to click on the “Global opt out from the sale and sharing my personal information” checkbox and send your request.
